  • Kelley Shirazi Lunceford

    Director of Sales

    As a Director of Sales, Kelley works closely with both new and existing BlueVolt customers. Coming from a technology sales background, Kelley worked for Microsoft and EthicsPoint before joining BlueVolt. She is a graduate of U.C. Davis, and is working towards a Master’s degree in Nutrition. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Kelley having lots of fun with her daughter, including seeing live music together and dancing.

  • Tony Asche

    Senior Software Engineer

    Tony provides software design, maintainable code and automated tests for features implemented within the BlueVolt LMS. He also collaborates with a team of managers and stakeholders on defining project requirements and estimating development efforts. Outside of the office, Tony spends time on his sailboat, runs regularly and has recently begun brewing his own beer.

  • Douglas Gastich

    President & General Manager

    As President and General Manager, Douglas is responsible for leading the company forward as well as managing the day-to-day operations. Douglas’ career in educational technology began in 1998 and includes roles creating educational media and developing new business programs and relationships. A graduate of Boston College, Douglas and his family are at home on the west coast. For fun, Douglas enjoys two-wheeled activities, both motor and pedal powered, and loves to spend time with his kids.

  • Chris Kiggins

    Director of Creative Development

    Chris oversees custom course development and professional services for BlueVolt. She was most recently in charge of the internal creative team at Knowledge Learning Corp., and has also worked for Via Training, Waggener Edstrom, and Medicalogic on clients such as HP and Microsoft. She attended Carnegie Mellon University and IVY School of Professional Art.

  • Brandon Maskew

    Customer Success Manager

    Brandon works with our current and prospective customers to help them improve their online training programs. Brandon is a graduate of Linfield College and is an avid soccer fan (RCTID) and loves to run. He is almost as good with legos as his two young sons.

  • Kim Oates

    Product Manager

    Our product manager, Kim, develops training and usability programs and advocates for new features and functionality that will best serve our customers. She has a 20 year history in the L&D industry, with roles from software trainer, instructional designer, eLearning program manager and was also a co-founder of a startup eLearning collaboration company. Kim enjoys all the dining, music festivals, and outdoor activities the beautiful Pacific NW has to offer.

    Graphic Designer

    After starting his career at BlueVolt as an intern in 2008, Madison now works closely with the company’s instructional designer to implement creative new ideas into training programs. Madison earned his degree in graphic design at Portland State University. As an avid music lover, he enjoys spending his weekends at concerts around town.

  • Linda Stroeber

    Support Coordinator

    Linda creates content that provides technical support and education for BlueVolt’s end-users and administrators. She also provides business analysis and supports usability considerations during the software development process. When Linda isn’t working, she enjoys capturing the spirit of Oregon with her camera and sampling food cart fare.

  • Brooke Parker

    eLearning Product Manager

    Brooke partners with internal and external teams to continue to offer high-quality, interactive continuing education for skilled professionals. She also manages, develops and implements marketing activities to maximize the effectiveness of BlueVolt’s elearning courses. Brooke worked at the Oregon Health Sciences University as a web content manager before joining BlueVolt in 2007. Though a self-described hobby-changing enthusiast, Brooke will never stop traveling the world.

    National Account Manager

    As a National Account Manager, John is responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business. Originally from San Juan Capistrano, CA, John is a graduate of the University of Portland, where he lettered all four years in men's varsity tennis. He has since traded in his tennis racket for golf clubs. John loves spending time with his wife and daughters and going to all their sporting events.

    Controller

    Pam is our Controller and is responsible for all aspects of the financial and accounting reporting, processes, and procedures. She is a graduate from UC Berkeley with a MBA from University of Portland. In her free time, you can find Pam skiing, hiking and camping with her family.

    Engineering Lead

    Deepak's background in developing software solutions in various industry verticals like finance, healthcare, legal and mobile technology helps him lead BlueVolt's LMS platform development, IT operations and technical support functions.  Outside of work he is spending time with his family, reading and listening to music.

    Sales Support Coordinator

    As Sales Support Coordinator, Alexis works with our customers to add content to their universities and provides administrator support. He also works with new customers during implementation to ensure their university launches smoothly. Alexis enjoys playing soccer and attending Oregon Duck football games.

    Sales Support Coordinator

    As Sales Coordinator, Sandy works with our customers and the sales team to add courses to universities. She interned with a BlueVolt customer before joining the team. Sandy has masters degree in journalism from the National ChengChi University in Taiwan and enjoys playing the piano and reading.

  • Mike Garzillo

    National Account Manager

    Mike is a National Account Manager who identifies and develops new customers for BlueVolt. He has extensive sales experience, especially in manufacturing, software, and sales consulting. Mike coaches varsity pole vaulting at a local high school and is the goalie on a men’s hockey league team. He and his wife have a teenage son and daughter.

    Product Support Specialist

    Synde is the smiling and enthusiastic person our users and customers rely on for support. She helps get users started on the LMS and answers questions. She enjoys walking, good books, retro music, and movies. Synde also comes up with weekly trivia questions that stump the team.

    Art Director

    Susie leads the art direction for BlueVolt branding, including work for the website design and marketing materials. She also creates the look and feel for new customers’ universities and designs courses. When not working, Susie enjoys spending her free time golfing, watching movies and making her son smile.

  • Tom Rangner

    Project Coordinator

    Tom is part of the Creative Development team and coordinates the content development projects for our customers and with our internal teams. He is focused on streamlining course creation and on exceeding our customers’ standards. In his free time you can find Tom standing in one of Oregon’s many rivers perusing anadromous fish with a spey rod. If he isn’t at work or out on the water he’s most likely at the park with his wife and four-legged companion.

    Sarah manages all things related to BlueVolt's webcasts – including on-camera hosting duties. With a master's degree in meteorology from Mississippi State University, Sarah began her career in journalism as a news and weather anchor in Eugene and Portland, Ore. Always ready for a challenge, Sarah has recently taken up roller derby.

    Corey is part of the team that develops and maintains the BlueVolt LMS software. He is a graduate of Epicodus and interned at OpenSesame. Corey’s hobby is comic books; he buys the newest books as soon as they come out every week.

    Senior Software Engineer

    Scott is responsible for software design, coding and automated testing for features in the BlueVolt LMS. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and worked as a software developer for IBM and Merrill Lynch prior to joining BlueVolt. Scott enjoys spending his time with his family and watching University of Oregon's football team. Go Ducks!
