We have identified the issue with our cloud provider.  The database that serves the reporting engine had utilization of over 100% causing the slowdown witnessed by some customers. It has resolved itself but we will be making improvements over the coming weeks to ensure smooth performance.

Our systems reported that at approximately 7:45 AM PST, the platform showed slower than usual performance rates. We are working with cloud partners to identify the cause of the slowdown.
