We appreciate your patience while we work with our partners and engineering teams to address the outages in our network over the past 48 hours.

 

The system is currently stable and running within expected limits.

 

1) We have identified an error with usage in our scheduled reporting function and are presently rectifying this issue. In the interim, we have temporarily limited scheduled reports.

 

2) All API functionality is running. We are enforcing rate limits as per our SLA for APIs. Customers who exceed rate limits will experience system slowdowns. All other customers will see performance as expected.

 

In the meantime, thank you again for your patience throughout this process.

In the interim, we have turned off all scheduled reports and will be enforcing our rate limits as per SLA on all API traffic.

We have identified three areas where has had increased activity in the last 14 days that has caused the slower than usual performance.

We have made several changes with our partners that have increased the speed of the system but still slower than we would like. We continue to work to resolve this issue.

We are aware of system slowdowns at random times of the day. We are working with our partners to understand why the performance has been slower than usual.  We currently do not have an ETA on a resolution.
