We appreciate your patience while we work with our partners and engineering teams to address the current outage.

 

1) We found a network setting that forced our platform to use/serve a certain number of threads / CPU cores causing the system to be slow and unresponsive at times. We are working on rectifying this with our engineers.

2) Additionally, the recent changes by Microsoft to its AD and authentication has caused some customers to experience an incorrect/wrong login prompt. We are working to have this rectified.
