Coming up on 20 years’ experience in educational technology, Douglas has held key roles in creating educational media and developing new business programs and relationships. A graduate of Boston College, Douglas and his family have since moved to the West Coast and love it here. After hours, he loves playing chess with his son, Go Fish with his daughters and planning the next leg of his Pan-America motorcycle ride: Baja to Argentina.
Vice President of Sales and Customer Success
Gary considers it a privilege to lead and serve a dedicated team of sales, service and customer success professionals. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with his degree in Applied Mathematics, he enjoys hiking with his wife and putting together events for their five children. On his bucket list, he includes traveling to the Island of Sicily, the home of his ancestors, and a Lopez Island bike tour.
Director of Creative Development
Chris oversees custom course development and professional services for BlueVolt. She was most recently in charge of the internal creative team at Knowledge Learning Corp., and has also worked for Via Training, Waggener Edstrom, and Medicalogic on clients such as HP and Microsoft. She attended IVY School of Professional Art, where she majored in Advertising Art and Design, and has taken additional courses at Carnegie Mellon University. A self-described news junkie, she would love, one day, to leave her media devices behind and camp under the Northern Lights.
Director of Learning Strategy
Jeannie drives learning strategy both within BlueVolt and in partnership with our clients. Over the last 20 years she has designed learning experiences for the workforce within the financial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and consulting industries. Jeannie studied professional communications at Clemson University and lives in Columbia, South Carolina with her two teenage sons and labradoodle puppy.
Engineering Team Lead
Deepak Kumar comes to BlueVolt as the engineering team lead with more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry. Deepak leads BlueVolt’s engineering team as well as IT operations. He has extensive experience in software development and has worked with Microsoft and Banfield Pet Hospital in the past.
Pam is responsible for all aspects of the financial and accounting reporting, processes, and procedures. A graduate of UC Berkeley with an MBA in finance from University of Portland, she enjoys skiing, hiking and camping with her family. She hopes to one day make the trek to the Mt. Everest base camp.
