Vice President, Strategy & Business Development
Gaven Singh is a future minded innovator who thrives on solving problems by utilizing technology to improve outcomes, lower costs and increase efficiencies within organizations. He is a seasoned executive who has worked with various companies to aide them in introducing and implementing cutting edge technologies, bringing them to the forefront of business and industry. He is well versed in understanding privacy protocols that will comply with State and Federal requirements such as HIPAA/HITECH, enabling him to construct robust and secure technology environments.
Prior to joining BlueVolt as the Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and Partnerships, Gaven has held various positions, with increasing responsibility, at several Fortune 500 companies. He has been involved in designing, coordinating and implementing service delivery programs, infrastructure engineering and operations, application development, portfolio management and process re-engineering. Gaven has a diverse background in leading local and international teams in both corporate and startup settings. He has extensive experience in research, instructional, and enterprise computing, within the healthcare industry.
Gaven has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from City University of New York and Master's degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic University at NYU. He also maintains several industry certifications from the ISC, Microsoft, Cisco, and Oracle.
Senior Director of Development and Data Protection Officer
Thomas oversees software development, IT and Information Privacy. He has 15 years of experience across a variety of technology sectors. Thomas holds a BS in Computer Science from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Manager and a Certified Information Privacy Professional. He participates in one adventurous activity every year, which once included spending a weekend riding rodeo bulls, and most recently involved running his first ultramarathon.
Director of Creative Development
Chris oversees custom course development and professional services for BlueVolt. She was most recently in charge of the internal creative team at Knowledge Learning Corp., and has also worked for Via Training, Waggener Edstrom, and Medicalogic on clients such as HP and Microsoft. She attended IVY School of Professional Art, where she majored in Advertising Art and Design, and has taken additional courses at Carnegie Mellon University. A self-described news junkie, she would love, one day, to leave her media devices behind and camp under the Northern Lights.
Director of Operations and Finance
Pam is responsible for all aspects of the financial and accounting reporting, processes, and procedures. A graduate of UC Berkeley with an MBA in finance from University of Portland, she enjoys skiing, hiking and camping with her family. She hopes to one day make the trek to the Mt. Everest base camp.
Director of Sales
Janet Rosenthal has over 20 years of experience in global sales and marketing organizations. She has worked in the fields of data and analytics, financial services, collaboration, and e-learning. Rosenthal has previous experience with large, complex organizations including Jive Software, Bloomberg Financial Markets and ADP TotalSource. She has extensive experience in enterprise sales, solutions selling, Software-as-a-Service (Saas), cloud-based services and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's of Science in Technology and Engineering Management from the Portland State University Maseeh School of Engineering.
