    Chris Kiggins

    Director of Creative Development

    Chris oversees custom course development and professional services for BlueVolt. She was most recently in charge of the internal creative team at Knowledge Learning Corp., and has also worked for Via Training, Waggener Edstrom, and Medicalogic on clients such as HP and Microsoft. She attended Carnegie Mellon University and IVY School of Professional Art.

      Stacy Friedman

      Senior Instructional Designer

      Consulting with customers to find a core message or learning objective and stripping away anything that interferes with knowledge transfer is what inspires Stacy. She has 15 years in the instructional design field and is also a marketing writer. Stacy likes swimming, watching movies and sports and spending time with family.

        Sarah Bagby

        Project Coordinator

        Sarah manages all things related to BlueVolt’s webcasts – including on-camera hosting duties. With a master’s degree in meteorology from Mississippi State University, Sarah began her career in journalism as a news and weather anchor in Eugene and Portland, Ore. Always ready for a challenge, Sarah has recently taken up roller derby.

          Susie So

          Senior Designer

          Susie leads the art direction for BlueVolt branding, including work for the website design and marketing materials. She also creates the look and feel for new customers’ universities and designs courses. When not working, Susie enjoys spending her free time golfing, watching movies and making her son smile.

            Whitney Ashe

            Project Manager

            Whitney works with our customers, helping them to create compelling content for their online universities. She graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in Psychology. Previously she worked at OHSU in addictions and mental health research. Whitney runs and hikes and loves to cook.

              Madison Wellington

              Junior Graphic Designer

              After starting his career at BlueVolt as an intern in 2008, Madison now works closely with the company’s instructional designer to implement creative new ideas into training programs. Madison is also earning his degree in graphic design at Portland State University. As an avid music lover, he enjoys spending his weekends at concerts around town.
